17 Hippies - Hippies-Haus-Tanz 2026
On 28 December 2026 the 17 Hippies bring their celebratory Hippies-Haus-Tanz 2026 concert to Cultura - Sparkassen-theater An Der Ems in Rietberg, offering an evening where accordion, trumpet, violin and guitars weave together chanson, Eastern European folk and swing into irresistibly danceable sound. The band's warm, theatrical arrangements and world-weary yet jubilant vocals create an intimate party atmosphere well suited to the cozy, elegant setting of the Sparkassen-Theater, inviting audiences to clap, sway and lose themselves in rhythms that travel from Berlin street music to Balkan brass. Expect moments of quiet, haunting melody and full-tilt ensemble joy as the ensemble alternates between contemplative songs and upbeat numbers that turn the auditorium into a communal dance floor. This winter concert feels like a festive, cinematic send-off to the year, filled with humor, heartfelt storytelling and the kind of musical camaraderie that has earned the group devoted fans across Europe. To make sure you don’t miss this unique night, be sure to secure your tickets early and prepare for a show that celebrates connection, celebration and the transnational spirit of folk music.
