3. 5nachsechs Afterwork-Konzert - Kopfkino mit Schostakowitsch
On 20 January 2027 the 3. 5nachsechs Afterwork-Konzert - Kopfkino mit Schostakowitsch brings an evocative evening to Die Glocke in Bremen, inviting listeners to unwind after the workday with a cinematic musical journey through the darkly witty and profoundly expressive world of Dmitri Schostakowitsch. The program casts familiar and surprising selections from his oeuvre into vivid sonic scenes, performed by skilled musicians whose nuanced dynamics and timing exploit Die Glocke’s celebrated acoustics, transforming symphonic drama into intimate storytelling. Designed as a true afterwork experience, the concert pairs accessible programming with atmospheric staging so that commuters and culture lovers alike can step in straight from the tram and be transported into Kopfkino — a headspace where memory, irony and emotion mingle. Advance tickets are recommended to secure seats in the historic hall and to make the most of this compact, intense musical interlude in the heart of Bremen.
