Bloodred Hourglass

On 2027-02-20 the Bloodred Hourglass festival will transform John Dee in Oslo into a night of shadowy riffs, pounding rhythms and cinematic visuals, with headlining international acts sharing the intimate stage with Norway's most vital underground bands while carefully programmed support sets and DJ interludes keep the energy burning into the small hours. Production emphasizes atmospheric lighting, fog and projection mapping to complement a lineup that spans doom, gothic, blackened rock and industrial sounds, creating an immersive experience for fans who appreciate heavy music with theatrical flair. The venue's compact layout promises up-close performances and strong sound, plus a curated merchandise area and vinyl stalls where collectors can hunt rare releases. Organizers recommend arriving early to avoid queues and note that limited accessibility accommodations and cloakroom facilities are available on site. Advance tickets are available online and may sell out quickly given the festival's cross-border appeal and tight capacity, so early booking is advised for anyone planning to attend this unforgettable evening in the heart of Oslo's live music scene.
