Danceperados of Ireland - Life, love and lore of the Irish travellers Tour
On 2027-01-18 the Danceperados of Ireland bring "Life, love and lore of the Irish travellers Tour" to Boulevardtheater Dresden for an unforgettable evening that fuses traditional Irish music, high-energy stepdance and intimate storytelling into a richly atmospheric concert experience; the company weaves the joys and hardships of Traveller life into sweeping choreographies, haunting songs and spoken memories that honor heritage while speaking to universal themes of love, resilience and belonging. The production blends foot-stomping group numbers with delicate solos and live musicianship, using evocative lighting and set design to transport the audience from dusty lanes to raucous céilís, and invites listeners to feel both the communal heartbeat and the personal stories at the core of the show. Whether you come for the athletic precision of the dancers, the soulful vocals or the vivid narratives that bring lore to life, this performance promises to be both moving and exhilarating, offering a rare chance to connect with a living Irish tradition on a stage in the heart of Dresden. Tickets are expected to sell quickly, so book soon to ensure you don’t miss this powerful concert celebrating the spirit and stories of the Irish Travellers.
