Deutschland von oben - Vivaldi: Die Vier Jahreszeiten
On 2027-12-15 Konzerthaus Freiburg in Freiburg will host Deutschland von oben - Vivaldi: Die Vier Jahreszeiten, an evocative concert that pairs Antonio Vivaldi's timeless Four Seasons with breathtaking aerial cinematography of Germany, creating a sensory journey through sound and landscape. A chamber orchestra and a virtuosic violin soloist will perform live, their baroque colors and expressive dynamics enhanced by synchronized film, immersive lighting, and carefully balanced acoustics that bring each season's character to life. The program invites listeners to experience spring's awakening, summer's intensity, autumn's harvest warmth, and winter's silvery stillness as the visual narrative sweeps across rivers, forests, cities, and mountains seen from above. This elegant fusion of music and imagery is designed for both longtime classical music lovers and newcomers seeking a fresh concert experience in a striking cultural setting. Tickets are available through the Konzerthaus box office and online, and advance booking is recommended to secure the best seats for this unique evening.
