On 2027-06-27 Fontaines D.C. will transform the lawns of SLANE CASTLE in Co. Meath into a charged open-air concert, merging the band’s raw, poetic energy with the castle’s atmospheric ruins and rolling grounds for a memorable summer night; fans can expect a powerful headline performance that resonates across the historic estate and creates an unforgettable communal experience. The setting at Slane Castle adds cinematic grandeur to the evening, with the band’s jagged riffs and spoken-word lyricism filling the air as the sun sets and the old stone backdrop is bathed in stage light. Local and visiting music lovers will gather from across Ireland and beyond to share in the electric atmosphere, where festival staging, food and drink options, and on-site amenities are arranged to enhance comfort and sightlines while maintaining the intimacy of a landmark venue. Attendees are advised to secure tickets early to avoid disappointment, as demand is likely to be high for this signature event, and to plan travel and accommodation in advance to make the most of a full day of music and celebration in County Meath.
