Gregory Porter
On 24 June 2027 Swansea Arena will host Gregory Porter for an unforgettable evening of soul-infused jazz, as his warm, velvet baritone and signature cap lead a tight band through a repertoire that blends jazz, gospel and blues into intimate, uplifting performances; the concert will showcase Porter's ability to turn personal stories into universal moments, drawing the audience in with luminous renditions of favorites such as "Liquid Spirit" alongside heartfelt ballads and improvisational passages that highlight both his voice and the musicianship on stage. The arena's acoustics and atmospheric lighting create an immersive setting where quiet, tender moments feel immediate and upbeat numbers invite the whole room to sway, and Porter's natural rapport with listeners makes each song feel like a conversation rather than a show. Longtime fans and newcomers alike will appreciate the care given to arrangements, the dynamic solos from saxophone and piano, and the subtle interplay that elevates familiar tunes while leaving room for surprising new interpretations. With limited seating and strong demand, prospective attendees are encouraged to secure tickets early to ensure their place at what promises to be one of the season's most soulful nights in Swansea.
