OMD, which stands for Orchestral Manoeuvres in the Dark, is a British electronic music band formed in 1978 in Wirral, England. The band consists of co-founders Andy McCluskey (vocals, bass) and Paul Humphreys (keyboards, vocals), as well as Martin Cooper (various instruments) and Stuart Kershaw (drums). OMD's music is known for its blend of synth-pop and new wave influences, and the band has released a total of 14 studio albums.
