Robert Kreis - Manche mögen's Kreis!
On 2027-04-14, Robert Kreis brings his Manche mögen's Kreis! program to the Marienkirche in the city of Dessau-Rosslau for an evening of sharp-witted chansons and theatrical cabaret; his warm baritone, dry humor, and intimate storytelling will be complemented by sparse piano arrangements that let the church's resonant acoustics shine. The concert promises a carefully curated mix of beloved classics and fresh interpretations that showcase Kreis's keen eye for irony, tender moments, and social satire, creating a mood that is at once moving and mischievous. Audience members can expect nothing flashy but everything affecting — nuanced phrasing, expressive stagecraft, and a direct rapport that turns songs into conversations. The historic Marienkirche provides a luminous, reverent backdrop that heightens both the emotional and comedic contrasts of Kreis's program, while thoughtful lighting and sound preserve the intimacy of a salon concert on a larger scale. Because seating is limited in this unique setting, early purchase of tickets is recommended to secure a place at what promises to be one of the season's most memorable musical evenings.
