The Australian Pink Floyd Show 2027
The Australian Pink Floyd Show 2027
On April 3, 2027, The Australian Pink Floyd Show transforms St. Jakobshalle in Basel into an immersive temple of sound and light, delivering a concert that captures the sweep and subtlety of Pink Floyd’s greatest moments with uncanny precision. The band combines meticulous musicianship with a staggering audiovisual production—quadraphonic sound, rotating circular screens, elaborate projections, lasers and the occasional inflatable pig—so that every note, from ambient textures to soaring guitar solos, feels both intimate and monumental. Audiences can expect emotional, faithful renditions of classic material spanning Dark Side of the Moon, The Wall and Wish You Were Here alongside atmospheric deep cuts, all enhanced by cinematic staging and moments of near-religious communal singing. Fans new and old will find the evening both a nostalgic journey and a fresh live experience, with premium sightlines and acoustics at St. Jakobshalle amplifying every nuance. Given the show's reputation, tickets are likely to move quickly, so concertgoers are advised to secure their places early to avoid missing what promises to be one of Basel’s most memorable live nights of the year.
