The Cureheads + Siouxsie and the Budgiees

On 18 December 2026, The Cureheads and Siouxsie and the Budgiees will bring a night of darkly shimmering post-punk and gothic-pop to the O2 Academy Islington in London, delivering a faithful, high-energy tribute concert that channels the moody grandeur of The Cure and the fierce, jagged beauty of Siouxsie's catalogue. Expect sweeping wash lights, throbbing basslines, jangly guitars and theatrical vocals as the bands spin through fan favorites and deep cuts alike, from haunting anthems to urgent danceable tracks that invite both brooding sways and full-on singalongs. The venue’s intimate yet electric atmosphere will be thick with vintage eyeliner, leather and lace as generations of fans congregate under swirling fog and evocative visuals that echo the original bands’ iconic aesthetics. With tight musicianship, spot-on vocal stylings and a setlist crafted to satisfy purists and newcomers, the show promises moments of catharsis and exhilaration in equal measure. Tickets are expected to sell quickly, so fans should book early to secure their place at what will surely be one of the season’s standout alternative music events in London.
