Týr
On 2026-12-11 Týr will take the stage at Musichall Strohofer in Geiselwind for a night that fuses Faroese folk melodies and thunderous metal into an epic live experience, where thunderous riffs, soaring vocal lines, and storytelling lyrics conjure ancient sagas and modern intensity alike. The band’s dynamic interplay of intricate guitar work, driving rhythm, and folk-inflected harmonies transforms the venue into a cavernous arena of communal singing and headbanging, with longtime anthems and deep cuts unfolding into cinematic crescendos. Expect a set that balances ferocious energy with moments of haunting melody, allowing the crowd to sing along to choruses steeped in Nordic myth while the lights and sound push every song to its most immersive effect. Local fans and visitors will find Musichall Strohofer’s acoustics and intimate floor plan perfect for feeling every nuance of the performance, from the raw power of the drums to the clarity of the vocals. Demand is likely to be high, so fans are encouraged to secure tickets early to avoid disappointment and ensure they don’t miss this standout concert on Týr’s 2026 calendar.
