Wladimir Kaminer: Kaminers Silvester - Lesung + Disko
On 2026-12-28 Wladimir Kaminer presents "Kaminers Silvester - Lesung + Disko" at Academixer in Leipzig, an evening that blends sharp-witted readings with a pulsing disco to create an unconventional pre-New Year celebration. The program alternates between Kaminer's trademark humorous stories and lively DJ sets, inviting the audience to listen, laugh, and eventually dance as the room shifts from intimate Lesung to full-on Disko. Expect a warm, inclusive crowd of literature lovers and partygoers alike, a cozy venue atmosphere, and a soundtrack that moves effortlessly between spoken word and beat-driven grooves. For those planning to attend, secure your tickets early to guarantee entry to this hybrid event, which offers both the reflective intimacy of a reading and the communal energy of a live concert. This night promises to be a memorable, joyfully unpredictable way to usher in the holiday spirit in Leipzig.
