Alex Christensen and friends - The Classical Dance Show
On 2026-11-14 Alex Christensen and friends present The Classical Dance Show at Erlebnis Bergwerk Merkers in the city of Merkers, an extraordinary concert that fuses sweeping orchestral arrangements with driving electronic beats in the dramatic underground setting of the former mine. Expect bold reinterpretations of classical masterpieces, pulsating club rhythms, virtuosic soloists and choreographed dancers framed by immersive lighting and visual projections that make full use of the cavernous industrial architecture. The evening promises a rare blend of high-culture sophistication and contemporary dance energy, appealing to both classical purists and electronic music fans alike. With the unique acoustics and atmosphere of Erlebnis Bergwerk Merkers enhancing every note, this performance turns familiar themes into something exhilarating and new. Patrons are advised to secure tickets early to avoid disappointment and to plan for an exceptional night of music and spectacle in the heart of Merkers.
