Cory Wong
On 2 December 2026 Cory Wong brings his signature, guitar-forward funk to Rock City in Nottingham for a high-energy concert that promises tight grooves, luminous solos, and an infectious sense of joy that keeps the crowd moving from the opening riff to the encore. The intimate yet raucous atmosphere of Rock City will amplify Wong’s precision playing and playful stage presence, with a band that locks into syncopated rhythms and big, horn-tinged arrangements to elevate each track. Expect a mix of beloved originals, reimagined covers, and extended instrumental passages that showcase both virtuosity and accessibility, giving fans plenty of moments to dance and to marvel at his tasteful chops. For visitors to Nottingham and locals alike, the evening will be as much a communal party as a concert, with the venue’s lighting and sound designed to make every note pop. Tickets are likely to move quickly for this sought-after stop on his tour, so fans should secure their seats early to avoid disappointment.
