DOTA & das Klitzekleine Orchester - unplugged
On 2027-04-20 DOTA & das Klitzekleine Orchester bring an intimate unplugged concert to the historic Alte Oper Erfurt in the city of Erfurt, offering an evening where DOTA's poetic songwriting and warm, conversational vocal delivery meet the delicate, chamber-music textures of the tiny orchestra; the result is a rare acoustic reinterpretation of her repertoire that highlights lyrical nuance and instrumental subtlety. The program promises arrangements that blend folk, chanson, and gentle orchestral colors, creating a hushed yet emotionally rich atmosphere that suits the ornate hall and the characterful streets of Erfurt. Audiences can expect close interplay between voice and an array of strings, woodwinds, and subtle percussion, moments of quiet humor and introspection, and a pacing that allows each song to breathe. The Alte Oper Erfurt's resonant acoustics and intimate seating will amplify the unplugged aesthetic, making this performance feel both grand and personal. For fans and newcomers alike, this concert is an opportunity to experience DOTA's songs anew, and tickets are anticipated to sell quickly.
