DOTA singt Kaléko
On 2027-05-05 the Carlowitz Congress Center's Carlowitz-Saal in Chemnitz will host DOTA singt Kaléko, a heartfelt concert in which DOTA brings Mascha Kaléko's poems to life with intimate, jazz-tinged arrangements and her distinctive voice. The evening promises a warm, reflective atmosphere where poetry and melody intertwine, offering both longtime fans and newcomers a chance to experience timeless German-language texts set to contemporary music. The historic yet modern setting of the Carlowitz-Saal provides perfect acoustics for nuanced phrasing and close musical interplay, making each verse feel immediate and personal. With limited capacity and high interest expected, attendees are advised to secure their tickets early to ensure they don't miss this evocative celebration of poetry and song.
