Giora Feidman - For a Better World - 80. Bühnenjubiläum
On 12 January 2027 at Lutherkirche Zwickau in the city of Zwickau, legendary klezmer clarinetist Giora Feidman celebrates his 80. Bühnenjubiläum with For a Better World, a program that weaves timeless klezmer melodies with classical and world-music reflections on memory, hope and reconciliation. Feidman's intimate, yearning tone and improvisatory brilliance will fill the church's resonant nave, transforming familiar tunes into luminous, prayer-like meditations while highlighting his decades-long commitment to music as a force for healing. The evening promises both cherished standards and thoughtfully arranged surprises, offered with the warmth and virtuosity that have defined his international career. Audiences can expect an evocative, atmospheric experience—equal parts celebration, reflection and communal uplift—made all the more poignant by the historic setting of Lutherkirche. Tickets for this concert are available through the venue box office and authorized sellers, and early booking is recommended to secure the best seats for what will be a milestone performance.
