Simply Red - Summer Funk 27 arrives on 2027-08-17 at Scarborough Open Air Theatre in the city of Scarborough, where Mick Hucknall's soulful voice and the band's irresistible groove will light up the seaside stage for an unforgettable summer evening. The concert will blend classic hits with fresh funk-infused arrangements, set against the open-air theatre's iconic backdrop and cooling sea breeze, creating a perfect soundtrack for both lifelong fans and new listeners. With a lively atmosphere, carefully curated support acts, and festival-style production, attendees can expect sing-alongs, brass-driven rhythms, and moments of quiet, intimate jazz-tinged reflection. Tickets are limited for this popular date, so early booking is recommended to secure your place at what promises to be one of Scarborough's standout concerts of the season.
