The Very Best of the Pogues
Experience The Very Best of the Pogues at O2 Academy Glasgow on 8 December 2026, a rousing concert that brings together the raw energy of Irish folk-punk and the singalong drama of the band's most beloved songs. Expect a night of rollicking reels, soulful ballads and rowdy choruses as the setlist leans into classics fans know and love while capturing the spirit and storytelling that made the group legendary. The O2 Academy Glasgow's intimate-but-electrified atmosphere will amplify every tin whistle, accordion and driving guitar, turning the crowd into a communal chorus where old favourites like "Fairytale of New York" and "Dirty Old Town" take on fresh life. Whether you're a longtime fan or new to their catalog, the show promises memorable performances, infectious energy and moments that stay with you long after the last chord fades. Plan ahead and secure tickets early to ensure you don't miss this standout concert in the heart of Glasgow's vibrant live-music scene.
