The Wedding Present - Seamonsters 35th Anniversary Tour
On 20 November 2026, The Wedding Present brings the Seamonsters 35th Anniversary Tour to E-Werk Erlangen in the city of Erlangen for a concert that celebrates the raw intensity and bruised beauty of one of their most beloved albums; fans can expect a night of jagged guitars, propulsive rhythms, and David Gedge’s urgent vocals delivered with both precision and emotional edge. The venue’s intimate industrial spaces and warm acoustics promise to amplify the album’s brooding textures and sweeping moments, creating a live experience that feels both intensely immediate and nostalgically reverent. Longtime followers and newcomers alike will find the setlist steeped in the atmosphere of Seamonsters while the band’s energy and interaction with the crowd ensure surprises and highlights beyond the anniversary material. For those planning to attend, advance tickets are recommended as demand is likely to be high for this milestone show, and the evening is poised to be a memorable celebration of a defining record in British indie rock.
