The Wombats: A Guide To Love, Loss and Desperation
The Wombats bring their fizzing, hook-laden indie anthems to O2 Academy Glasgow on 2027-04-13 for a special A Guide to Love, Loss and Desperation concert that promises a night of euphoric singalongs, pulsing rhythms and neon-lit nostalgia in the heart of Glasgow. Marking the 20th anniversary of their debut album, the band will run through beloved tracks such as "Let's Dance to Joy Division" and "Moving to New York" alongside newer material, delivering tight musicianship and charismatic stage banter that transforms the intimate venue into a roaring celebration. Fans should expect glittering guitar lines, propulsive drums and infectious choruses that invite everyone in the crowd to dance, jump and join in the call-and-response moments that have defined The Wombats' live shows. With limited tickets available, this concert is set to be a sell-out evening full of warmth, wit and unapologetic pop energy.
