On 2026-11-10, the XXXV FESTIWAL ARS CAMERALIS presents Ambrose Akinmusire: Starshine & Clay at Jazz Club Hipnoza in Katowice, an intimate concert that showcases the acclaimed trumpeter's blend of lyrical invention, fragile beauty and cerebral improvisation. Akinmusire and his ensemble will explore material from the Starshine & Clay project alongside reimagined pieces, weaving delicate melodic lines, unexpected harmonic turns and moments of fierce group interplay that are magnified by Hipnoza's close, atmospheric stage. The evening is designed to be immersive, with attentive sound and lighting that accentuate subtle dynamics and the emotional contours of each composition, inviting listeners into a profound shared experience. Guests are encouraged to secure tickets early for this limited-capacity performance, which stands out as one of the festival's most anticipated events and a rare opportunity to hear one of contemporary jazz's most original voices in the heart of Katowice.
