Ben Folds - Paper Airplane Request Tour
On 14 November 2026 Ben Folds brings his Paper Airplane Request Tour to The Helix in Dublin for an intimate, piano-led evening where every song feels both carefully crafted and freshly improvised as audience-submitted requests, folded into paper airplanes, dictate parts of the setlist; fans can expect a lively mix of beloved hits, unexpected arrangements, deadpan humor, and heartfelt storytelling delivered with the sharp musicianship and candid charm that have defined his live shows. The Helix's warm acoustics and theatrical lighting will highlight the nuances of Folds's playing and the emotional arc of each song, while the interactive concept fosters a sense of collective authorship that turns the concert into a one-night-only communal experience. Whether you're drawn by nostalgia, curiosity, or the promise of spontaneous musical moments, arriving early and securing tickets is recommended to ensure a place in what promises to be a memorable Dublin night of song, laughter, and the soft rustle of paper airplanes soaring toward the stage.
