Joachim Witt - Lux Aeterna - Kirchentour 2026
On 2026-11-07 Joachim Witt brings his Lux Aeterna Kirchentour 2026 to the Ev.-luth. Lukaskirche in Dresden, transforming the historic sanctuary into an intimate, otherworldly stage where sacred architecture and his brooding, melodic soundscapes meet; the performance promises reimagined classics and newer, contemplative pieces presented with a reverent, atmospheric arrangement that highlights the church's acoustics and Witt's dramatic vocal presence. The evening will blend gothic elegance with moments of meditative calm, inviting the audience to experience familiar songs in a spiritual context that emphasizes lyric, light, and shadow while allowing the music to resonate through stone and stained glass. Fans should secure tickets early, as this unique concert setting and limited seating make for a sought-after experience that pairs the emotional intensity of Witt's artistry with the tranquil grandeur of Ev.-luth. Lukaskirche.
