The Psychedelic Furs + The Jesus & Mary Chain
On 2027-01-26, The Psychedelic Furs and The Jesus & Mary Chain share a bill at O2 Academy Birmingham in the heart of Birmingham for a night that promises to fuse the Psychedelic Furs' soaring post-punk drama with the feedback-drenched, sunset-glow shoegaze of The Jesus & Mary Chain. Fans can expect a setlist heavy on timeless anthems and brooding guitar textures as both bands trade waves of memorable choruses, shimmering reverb and pulsing rhythms that turn melancholy into release. The O2 Academy Birmingham's intimate yet electric atmosphere will amplify every jagged riff and vocal tug, making the crowd feel every note as much as they hear it. Longtime devotees and newcomers alike will be swept up in a visceral concert experience that balances nostalgia with the raw immediacy of live performance. With such a rare double headline from two seminal alt-rock acts, tickets will be among the most sought-after of the winter season, drawing music lovers from across the UK and beyond. Expect an emotionally charged evening where iconic songs and cavernous soundscapes collide in one unforgettable night.
